Plan the work before you start, use the right equipment, and don’t take shortcuts. Keep the job moving, communicate issues early, and help each other get the work done right the first time.

ALL Foremen: Please send me, John Cabodi, and Dylan Moore your manpower needs for the next two weeks by end of day today. This needs to include your anticipated manpower by week so we can plan ahead and make sure we have people where they are needed.
